Dairn was called to the bar in 1994 and has successfully resolved over two thousand claims and conducted over one hundred trials. He has successfully appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada multiple times, each time changing the law to allow better access to justice.

Dairn’s experience allows him to handle the most complex personal injury and insurance claims throughout all stages of the litigation, always with a keen focus on achieving fair compensation for his clients. He is a published author in both academic and non-academic settings, including his work as a legal writer for Canada Law Book for over a decade.

Dairn now focuses on medical malpractice claims, which is the most complicated area of personal injury litigation. He tries cases across the country for deserving clients harmed by a health provider’s negligence.
