Daniel’s practice is dedicated to recovering compensation for victims of personal injuries and denials of long term disability benefits. He was called to the Bar in 2013.
Daniel spent the first ten years of his career with a prominent insurance defence firm. He has defended complex negligence claims against large corporations, public school boards, and provincial governments, as well as professional negligence claims against lawyers, teachers, engineers and medical professionals. Daniel was preferred counsel to the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company (LawPro).
Daniel’s experience acting for insurance companies provides him with excellent insight into the civil litigation process on behalf of injured people and their families.
Daniel is bilingual, with French being a heritage language. He has successfully represented clients both in English and in French.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys volunteering, being physically active and spending time by the water.
