The practice leader of Preszler Injury Lawyers, David’s exclusive focus on complex personal injury litigation dates back to his adolescence. Even before becoming a licensed lawyer, David worked closely with his father, Robert P. Preszler – the firm’s founder – since the time he was a teenager.
David has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
