Filipe Santos
Personal Injury Lawyer
Filipe Santos is a plaintiff-side personal injury lawyer who draws on experience from both sides of litigation to advance his clients’ claims with precision. After representing plaintiffs and defendants in matters before administrative tribunals, the Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, he now focuses exclusively on helping injured people and disability claimants secure fair compensation in motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and long-term disability cases. Clients appreciate his organized approach and the way he works to move files forward efficiently without losing sight of quality.
Filipe completed his B.A. at the University of Toronto and his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, providing legal support to community members in North York. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, he brings a strategic understanding of how insurers and defence counsel think, using his experience to build stronger, better-targeted cases on behalf of injured individuals.
Outside the office, Filipe enjoys many creative pursuits: he has performed at Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, enjoys playing music, practicing French, and working through an ever-growing reading list.
