Jack Parsekhian has seen personal injury litigation from both sides of the aisle. Called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2002, he spent 14 years representing defendants and insurance companies before dedicating the last decade solely to helping seriously injured people. This shift in practice informs everything Jack does; He knows how insurers evaluate risk, approach negotiation, and prepare for trial. He uses this insight to press for full and fair compensation for his clients.

Working with several of Toronto’s leading personal injury firms, Jack has managed a wide range of claims. These include motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits disputes, insurance coverage issues, and general negligence actions. He has conducted both jury and judge-alone trials, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He also frequently litigates accident benefits matters at the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Away from his legal practice, Jack enjoys cooking, movies, travel, and time with family and friends.
