MacGregor Malloy
Personal Injury Lawyer
For MacGregor Malloy, plaintiff-side personal injury is where strategy meets service. He relishes the work of risk assessment, valuation, negotiation, and persuasive advocacy, and he treats every file as a chance to apply rigorous research and careful case planning. This is so that no legitimate compensation is left on the table. Handling Maritime personal injury claims from Preszler’s Dartmouth office, MacGregor collaborates seamlessly with colleagues firm-wide to move cases forward with clarity and purpose.
MacGregor articled at Preszler Injury Lawyers and joined the firm as an associate after being called to the Nova Scotia Bar in June 2024. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, he earned both a B.A. (Honours) and M.A. in Philosophy from Dalhousie University, followed by a J.D. from Schulich School of Law. He’s quickly found his niche advocating for injured people, bringing the same thoughtful, analytical approach that defined his academic work to every stage of litigation.
Away from practice, MacGregor enjoys board and card games with loved ones and has been fascinated by cars and computers since childhood.
