For more than a decade after law school, Pamela Vlasic defended insurers. She learned, from the inside, how claims are adjusted, how decisions are made, and where negotiation leverage truly lies. She has since brought that knowledge back to where her career began: championing people, not companies. At Preszler Injury Lawyers, Pamela carries the legal load so injured clients can concentrate on healing, and she uses her grasp of insurer strategy to push relentlessly for fair compensation.
Pamela’s commitment to vulnerable communities predates her legal career. Before law school, she worked with precariously housed patients at St. Michael’s Hospital (Toronto), supported at-risk youth in shelters, and volunteered at correctional facilities. This work sharpened her sense of dignity, access, and justice. Her practice also includes workplace investigations into all forms of harassment and experience with human rights, income security, and disability appeals.
Service remains central to Pamela. She volunteered for years with Pro Bono Ontario, recently became an Advisor with the Law Society of Ontario’s Coach & Advisor Network, and serves on the Governance Committee of The Housing Help Centre in the GTA.
Outside the office, she’s happiest with her two kids and her Great Dane, Franklin.
