Rajwant “Reagan” Singh Bamel serves as counsel to Preszler Injury Lawyers, bringing a refined plaintiff-side practice to complex and sensitive injury cases. Since joining the firm in September 2025, he has focused his practice on motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall claims, occupiers’ liability claims, disability benefit disputes, and sexual abuse/institutional abuse claims. Reagan has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals, earning a reputation for clear, principled advocacy and steady judgment in high-stakes litigation.
Reagan began his career at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto, where he articled and ultimately became a partner, securing strong outcomes through both early resolution and trial. He completed his LL.B. (Hons.) in 2014, his LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. His work has consistently been informed by a commitment to access to justice, including volunteer involvement with Pro Bono Students Canada and Legal Aid Ontario.
An engaged member of the York Region community, Reagan also serves on the Board of Directors of Addiction Services Central Ontario, reflecting his belief that advocacy extends beyond the courtroom.
