Robert J. Kimball is an experienced insurance litigation attorney. Prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, he worked as an insurance defence lawyer and spent time with a large insurance company representing in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, long term disability and construction claims.
After several years of working for the insurance companies and seeing how the denial of legitimate claims for injury and losses negatively affected those making the claims, he concluded he could no longer continue to work as an insurance defence lawyer.
At the Preszler Injury Lawyers, Robert has represented claimants in their fight to recover damages from at fault parties. He is currently involved with the Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation.
