Ron Davidson

Personal Injury Lawyer

Assistant:

Avneet Randhawa416-364-2000ext. 249

For the last seven years, Ron Davidson has acted exclusively for plaintiffs, bringing a victim-centred mindset to personal injury litigation at Preszler Injury Lawyers. He joined the firm in December 2023 after a career that uniquely equipped him to advocate for people harmed by wrongdoing: 27 years as a Crown prosecutor, followed by more than a decade in civil litigation. That background–particularly years spent standing up for victims–now fuels his work as he pursues full and fair outcomes for injured clients.

Ron’s practice spans motor vehicle accident claims, institutional abuse claims (including sexual assaults and assaults), slip and fall claims, and negligence cases involving waivers. He believes every injury affects people differently and tailors litigation strategy to each person’s circumstances.

A graduate of Queen’s Law (1982), Ron maintains a strong commitment to professional education, recently presenting at continuing legal education programs on examining opposing witnesses and effective advocacy in remote hearings.

Fun fact: he represented Canada in hockey at the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics. Away from work, he enjoys time with his wife and four children and is an avid outdoorsperson who loves canoeing, hiking, and skiing.
