Thomas Kimball was called to the bar in 2011 and practiced at a boutique personal injury firm prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2015.

Thomas was successful in defending a Threshold motion brought by a Defendant following a jury trial in Dimopoulos v. Mustafa et al, 2016 ONSC 429. In this case, the Plaintiff developed chronic pain syndrome following injuries in a motor vehicle accident. The judge ruled that the Plaintiff’s injuries were serious and permanent, and therefore crossed the threshold entitling the injured Plaintiff to compensation.
Thomas’s practice currently covers a wide range of personal injury claims, including occupier’s liability, motor vehicle accidents, and accident benefits.
