Tyson Carter
Tyson joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in 2019 as an articling student before joining the team as a Junior Associate in the fall of 2020.
Tyson has served as second chair legal counsel during a trial before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as successfully arguing Canadian Pension Plan disability benefits entitlement at the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. He has also successfully advocated for clients in an array of Motions before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
